1. Agreement and intended use

FlightRosterIQ is a crew scheduling and roster-management application for personal and informational use. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Independent service

FlightRosterIQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, operator, or employer. All referenced trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Operational information

FlightRosterIQ does not replace official company systems and must not be used as the authoritative source for schedules, duty times, flight operations, or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for confirming all information with official sources.

4. Google Calendar synchronization

Google Calendar connection is optional. If enabled, FlightRosterIQ creates a secondary calendar named “FlightRosterIQ Schedule” and manages roster events only within the calendar it creates. You may disable auto-sync or unlink Google Calendar at any time. Unlinking stops future access and deletes the stored authorization token, but does not automatically delete the calendar that remains in your Google account.

5. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials, using the service lawfully, and maintaining accurate account information. Do not attempt to access another user’s data or interfere with the service.

6. Subscriptions

Paid features, prices, billing periods, trials, and cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Subscription access may end after cancellation or expiration according to the displayed plan terms.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy. The service may contain errors, delays, or incomplete data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightRosterIQ’s authors and maintainers are not liable for direct or indirect damages, missed assignments, operational decisions, loss of data or income, or consequences resulting from use or inability to use the service.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
